Reliability 3.0 data is comprised of maintenance data automatically captured from WinAir and comments entered regarding decisions and corrective actions taken for maintenance snags (issues & repairs).

• All decisions, comments and corrective actions are accounted for and documented in one centralized system
• Data can be referenced to assist in making maintenance planning and financial analyses decisions
• Flight interruptions due to maintenance can be analyzed and compared with industry standards

Data Organization

• Related maintenance snags (issues & repairs) are grouped into issues and cases
• Root causes of snags, trends and consequences (primary and subsequent flight interruptions due to maintenance) are easily identified
• Flight cancellations and delays related to maintenance issues identified
• Corrective actions are reviewed, evaluated and streamlined

Report Options

Reliability reports identify aircraft failures with the most detrimental consequences, pinpoint root causes for part defects and capture statistics on how often parts are removed from an aircraft unnecessarily. Additionally, Reliability reports assist operators in determining inspection frequencies. Operators can generate a variety of individual and ‘bundled’ reports with Reliability 3.0:
