Subscription Program

The Subscription Program includes structurally integrated maintenance and inventory control software as well as:

The subscription program is flexible enough to allow you to reconfigure the system in response to growth and changes in your operation.

Training

Included with the Subscription Program, AV-BASE Implementation Specialists and Technical Trainers provide onsite training during system installation and set-up*. Even better, they are available for recurrent training to offer guidance as you continue to use the program.

A wide variety of topics are covered including maintenance and inventory functions, access to customer support and updates, and procedural and operator-specific issues. Depending on the software and subscription program you choose, AV-BASE offers onsite training, classroom training and interactive online training.  

Technical Support

Also included with the Subscription Program is technical support. In fact, the Customer Support Group at AV-BASE recognizes that one of the most important aspects of software is support and makes every effort to assist you while you continue to use the program.
