AV-BASE offers an affordable and convenient subscription program which makes it easy to manage new software enhancements, updates, and upgrades, all while streamlining and improving the overall work flow of your organization.

 

Subscription Program

The Subscription Program includes structurally integrated maintenance and inventory control software as well as:

  • System Installation and Setup
  • Initial Training at System Installation and Setup stage*
  • Technical support
  • Software updates

The subscription program is flexible enough to allow you to reconfigure the system in response to growth and changes in your operation.

  • Increase the number of users (workstations)
  • Upgrade between programs
  • Add maintenance schedule templates
  • Select additional modules for increased functionality

Training

Included with the Subscription Program, AV-BASE Implementation Specialists and Technical Trainers provide onsite training during system installation and setup*. Even better, they are available for recurrent training to offer guidance as you continue to use the program.

A wide variety of topics are covered including maintenance and inventory functions, access to customer support and updates, and procedural and operator-specific issues. Depending on the software and subscription program you choose, AV-BASE offers onsite training, classroom training and interactive online training.  

Technical Support

Also included with the Subscription Program is technical support. In fact, the Customer Support Group at AV-BASE recognizes that one of the most important aspects of software is support and makes every effort to assist you while you continue to use the program.
