Product: WinAirWeb Reliability Version 3.1.0

The latest version of WinAirWeb Reliability 3.1.0 introduces numerous features that focus on report enhancements, more component details and simplifying Reliability review processes. Some new features included in this release are simplified Drill Down access to report data, Efficient review process for Tasks and Part Dispositions, new "Review Deadlines" so Cases and Issues can be filtered by date, easy access to important documents related to Issues, enhanced accessibility (you do not require access to WinAir to view component values), improved Source Discovery with traceability to parent Work Orders and Tasks to see where problems originated and you can rapidly find Consequence data based on Issues.

AV-BASE Systems is pleased to introduce the latest addition to the WinAir SQL family of products, WinAir Essentials. Essentials is a cost-efficient solution, primarily designed for controlling inventory and maintenance production by providing real-time management of Rotable and Consumable parts, historical tracking of parts and quantities, purchasing, receiving, and production capabilities. Operators can also opt for the Maintenance Program(s) Tracking option which provides the ability to set up and define Maintenance Control Numbers for inspection or component requirements, AD's and Service Bulletins, forecast and plan scheduled maintenance, view component history, as well as track custom counters. Essentials is a solution that provides robust functionality and powerful performance while meeting the requirements of growing operations.

January 19, 2009: WinAir SQL Version 5.2.1

There is exciting new functionality available to set up and track Phased Inspections as part of an equalized maintenance program. Phased Inspection details entered at the Aircraft Template level are accessible for all tail numbers, and have the ability to automatically update Next Dues for each phase of the program, including when maintenance is performed out of tolerance. In addition, version 5.2.1 development for Requisition Traceability includes ability to view historical requisition details on completed Tasks.

The latest version of WinAir SQL 5.2.0 boasts many new features including a Certification Statement module which allows multiple Certification Statements to be entered per aircraft that will print on your Task Cards. This version also includes new options for existing reports such as Inspector ID on the Individual Work History Report, displaying both Scheduled and Unscheduled Work Orders on the Future Maintenance Forecast, and Requisition Notes on the Deferred Defect Status report. WinAir SQL 5.2.0 also introduces enhanced functionality for tracking Part Requisition details and history.

December 1, 2008: WinAirWeb Reliability ver. 3.0.7

The latest version of WinAirWeb Reliability 3.0.7 introduces Aircraft Template search and filter functionality in grids and reports. As part of Reliability 3.0.7, all Reliability Reports now use the Report Center web service for generating and printing reports, which greatly enhances report generating stability and speed.

December 1, 2008: WinAir web Maintenance ver. 2.0.1

WinAirWeb Maintenance version 2.0.1 introduces enhanced functionality for creating and tracking deferred tasks and child tasks. In addition to printing the Task Card, a new feature for printing a Task Summary is also available. Document Linking and Attachment is also available for Maintenance Tasks.

August 11, 2008: WinAir web Maintenance ver. 2.0.0

AV-Base introduces the first version of WinAirWeb Maintenance which incorporates the real-time labour tracking module with maintenance tracking via Aircraft, Work Orders, Tasks, and Parts inventory. This is the much-anticipated replacement product for WinAir Web which utilizes new code for easier navigation, enhanced user interface, and superior access to program updates. Version 2.0 provides maintenance technicians access to real-time WinAir data either from their home base or from remote bases, thereby improving production workflow. Users can search, add and edit, and print task cards, lookup part availability, specify required parts and generate the Future Maintenance Forecast report. Additionally, Real-Time Labour Tracking (RTLT), an optional module for Maintenance, allows users to record time against Work Orders and Tasks in real time. RTLT tracks time for all labour types, skills, and scheduled breaks. Timecard entries in RTLT can be reviewed and posted directly into your WinAir database.

August 11, 2008: WinAir ver. 5.1.8

Minor version update to WinAir SQL that includes enhancements to the Calibrated Tool report, and new sorting and filtering options for the Parts Distribution Pick List module. Additionally, the Future Maintenance Forecast has been enhanced to provide users with two ways of calculating maintenance that is coming due, either by daily setup averages or by calculated averages based on a set period of time, such as weekly or monthly.

June 10, 2008: WinAir ver. 5.1.6

Minor enhancements made to WinAir SQL Receiving Material and Exchange Component Purchase Orders for parts based on requisitions that are received at remote bases.

May 21, 2008: WinAir ver. 5.1.5
Product: WinAir Enterprise, Pro-SQL, Express

Minor version that improves upon the already very robust Production-oriented Work Order Control Report which tracks the progress of maintenance tasks, including statuses on parts, repairs, services, and labour.

March 20, 2008: WinAirWeb Accounting ver. 1.2.1

WinAirWeb Accounting 1.2.1 lays important groundwork for export formats to a variety of accounting packages, while also improving application stability, and enhancing user interface and terminology for more streamlined processes. Version 1.2.1 also adds the ability to create and edit multiple tax profiles for compatibility with WinAir SQL tax profiles.

January 15, 2008: WinAir ver. 5.1.1

Minor version that introduces new functionality to print the Corrective Action on WinAir Task Cards, as well as improvements to the Local Object Updater Tool when copying program files from the network location to the user·s personal workstation. The Object Updater Tool allows for improved performance throughout the entire application, and provides consistency for mapped drives and program setup.

July 17, 2007: WinAir ver. 5.0.2

Exciting new functionality added to the WinAir SQL Products for document attachment and document linking capability. Document Management is an optional module that allows external documents such as vendor and parts web pages, or internal documents such as maintenance and training manuals to be accessed directly from a particular section in WinAir. In addition to Document Management, two other modules are now available for WinAir SQL. The Individual Work History report provides a “practical work experience” overview of the time a maintenance technician has spent on a particular aircraft or ATA chapter over a period of time. The Template MCNs by Associate Part report organizes rotable part and maintenance data to quickly identify the parts required for component maintenance tracking. The existing Release Certificate module has been enhanced to allow for global support to different Aviation Transport Authorities.

May 02, 2007: WinAir ver. 5.0.1

WinAir 5.0.1 improves system security, navigation and introduces new functionality for WinAir SQL clients. Stricter timeout and log-in logic ensures higher level of system security. New section in Maintenance Forecast allows to pinpoint required parts for MCNs coming due for one aircraft or for entire fleet. Another new feature is Asset Disposal Report which has been developed to effectively track scrapped assets. And finally WinAir allows to quickly edit Tasks by scanning barcode printed on the Task Card.

Update Center version 5.1.1 is now available for WinAir clients. The WinAir Update Center is designed to deliver quick, automated updates for the entire WinAir product lineup. Clients who use WinAir on a Terminal Server may register their Terminal Server directly from Update Center 5.1.1. The Terminal Server registration provides enhanced functionality for managing WinAir sessions. Update today, and experience Update Center Version 5.1.1.

January 8, 2007: WinAir ver. 4.6.3

WinAir 4.6.3: Various reports in WinAir have been enhanced to improve the visual design and to fit both A4 and letter size paper formats. Further improvements have been developed to verify requisitioned parts when operating out of multiple bases. The right-click menu functionality is now available in all three main card files of the Admin section delivering users with improved ease-of-use.
