WinAir 5.0.1 improves system security, navigation and introduces new functionality for WinAir SQL clients.
Stricter timeout and log-in logic ensures higher level of system security. New section in Maintenance Forecast allows to pinpoint required parts for MCNs coming due for one aircraft or for entire fleet. Another new feature is Asset Disposal Report which has been developed to effectively track scrapped assets.
And finally WinAir allows to quickly edit Tasks by scanning barcode printed on the Task Card.

WinAir 4.6.3:
Various reports in WinAir have been enhanced to improve the visual design and to fit both A4 and letter size paper formats. Further improvements have been developed to verify requisitioned parts when operating out of multiple bases. The right-click menu functionality is now available in all three main card files of the Admin section delivering users with improved ease-of-use.
WinAir 4.6.2:
Easily generate after-hours purchase orders with WinAir version 4.6.2. Enhanced functionality has been released for clients who have opted for the Bar Code Module. Pick List Module is now available for Cost Center Requisitions delivering improved inventory control. Automatic deferred maintenance now supports all aircraft.
WinAir 4.6.1 delivers enhanced system-wide management tools for WinAir Administrators and provides increased user visibility and control when scheduling system updates. Save time with the improved receiving grid and quickly identify work orders and tasks associated to parts received.
RAM usage and graphic resources have been optimized to improve the overall performance of WinAir when operating in a Terminal Services environment. Enhancements have been made to the Bar Code Module providing users with more flexibility when configuring bar code printers.
MODULE RELEASE: Authorized Release Certificate module is an add-on module available to WinAir SQL clients. Several Release Certificates are available to meet local regulatory requirements.
Various reports in WinAir have been formatted to fit A4 paper size. Enhanced printing capabilities now allow clients to queue multiple tech log reports with the option to print reports consecutively.
MODULE RELEASE: Cost Center Department Module provides WinAir SQL clients with the ability to add and edit Cost Center Department details within WinAir.
Invoice journal and work order control reports have been enhanced to exclude total quantities with a zero value. Improvements have been made to the component history and administrative expense reports. Used part returns now provide functionality to adjust shelf life values. Enhancements have been released to easily create and track deferred maintenance tasks.
WinAir Security upgrade now allows WinAir clients to define multiple roles. New Bar Code Tag Types have been released for clients who have opted for the Bar Code Module. WinAir administrators are able to set default tag types system wide.
MODULE RELEASE: Document Linking Module enables WinAir to link to a document from an Internet browser or mapped Network drive. This module is ideal for users who require the ability to reference online material such as: maintenance manuals, aircraft manufacturer notes and Part Number IPC’s.
WinAir Product licensing has been released. Clients can quickly download and install product licenses with a simple click of the mouse via the Update Center. The Pick List Module has been improved with enhanced distribution of parts.
MODULE RELEASE: Loan Tracking Module is an optional feature for WinAir SQL clients. This module tracks movement of borrowed and loaned rotable components. Maintain constant visibility with the Loan Tracking Module.
View deleted parts within the stock activity report. Additional exchange details have been added to the exchange purchase order report. Full department ID’s are now displayed for Cost Center Requisitions within the approved requisition grid.
