THE OPPORTUNITY: Senior Web Developer
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on development of applications in support of the user experience surrounding our WinAir web products.
Create well-designed, reusable objects following established corporate standards and requirements documentation.
Perform code review and provide constructive feedback.
Review requirements documentation and provide feedback.
Identify and help facilitate the resolution of design issues.
Continuous learning and development.
Propose appropriate and creative solutions to problems discovered during development.
Assist with the development of Junior Developers.
Other duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications:
Degree/diploma in computer science or related field (or equivalent job experience).
5+ years commercial experience in web application development and / or software development is essential.
Experience managing object oriented programming / modular programming is essential.
Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript; awareness of cross-browser compatibility issues and proven ability in solving such issues.
Experience with Java EE 5 framework as well as JSP, JSTL, Tomcat (webserver), Ajax, GWT (Google Web Toolkit), WebSphere, Struts (Struts 2 preferable), Hibernate, SiteMesh, XML, JDBC, MS SQL Server, ODBC, BDE, Jasper, iReport and JFC/Swing.
Experience and understanding of user experience issues, Internet design principles, accessibility issues and standards, and Windows interface standards.
Technical knowledge of database technologies is also required.
Experience with owning overall technical implementation of applications/features.

THE OPPORTUNITY: Quality Assurance Technician
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute manual and automated test scenarios.
Assist with developing quality assurance standards and measures.
Assess and report problems and errors which are discovered.
Focus, and prioritize testing based on prior areas of concern, and areas of current/future development focus.
Identify areas in software applications that require modification prior to being released.
Maintain own testing environment using sample field data.
Report bugs, track defects and collaborate with developers to resolve issues.
Propose appropriate solutions to problems discovered during testing.

Required Qualifications:
Degree/diploma in computer engineering, computer science and/or 2 years equivalent work experience.
Experience diagnosing, reporting and tracking quality issues.

Familiarity with QA tools and techniques, bug tracking systems, test design and execution.
